Strategy Session Booking Terms

For one-off sessions and packages of three or six sessions.

Payment
One-off sessions are paid in full when booking. Packages require 50% upfront and 50% halfway through the programme.

Rescheduling
Give at least 48 hours’ notice. Each session can be rescheduled once, subject to availability and within your package period.

Late cancellations and missed sessions
Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance normally counts as a used session. Exceptional circumstances are considered individually.

Late arrival
Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.

Cancellations and refunds
A session cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once it begins. Completed sessions are non-refundable, except where legally required. Package refunds account for services provided and reasonable, evidenced cancellation costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Package validity
Complete three-session packages within six weeks and six-session packages within three months of your first session. Extensions must be agreed in writing.

If we cancel
You can reschedule or receive a refund for the affected session. If we cannot complete your package, we will refund the undelivered portion.

Your role
We provide guidance and feedback; you implement the actions. Copywriting, delivery and substantial work reviews are agreed and priced separately.

Confidentiality and recording
Sessions are confidential, subject to legal disclosure requirements. Recording requires everyone’s prior consent.

Renewal
Packages do not renew automatically.

For UK customers
UK customers generally have 14 days from entering the agreement to cancel by emailing the team. If you expressly request an earlier start, you may pay proportionately for services provided before cancellation. Refunds due are issued within 14 days of cancellation notice. Your cancellation right ends on full delivery only with your prior express consent and acknowledgment; for packages, this means the entire package.
