    Overview

    We are a fast-growing, founder-led marketing and brand studio operating across creative, media, and lifestyle ventures. We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across the business.

    This role works closely with senior leadership and the wider team to turn brand goals into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and growth activity — helping keep projects moving, organised, and on track.

    What you’ll do

    Strategy & planning

    • Support the development and prioritisation of marketing initiatives across campaigns, launches, partnerships, and growth projects

    • Help translate business and brand goals into practical marketing plans

    • Assist with campaign planning, roadmaps, and quarterly marketing calendars

    • Research trends, competitors, and cultural opportunities to inform ideas and positioning

    Campaign & channel execution

    • Support the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, creator, influencer, and experiential channels

    • Assist onsite during campaign and content shoots, using your editorial eye and creative direction to achieve a look that feels on-brand

    • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across teams and partners

    • Work with designers, creators, and producers to brief and manage creative assets

    • Help ensure brand voice and quality are consistent across all outputs

    Influencer, partnerships & collaborations

    • Support influencer and partnership programmes, from outreach to delivery

    • Help source, brief, and coordinate creators, agencies, and collaborators

    • Track content approvals, asset delivery, and basic partnership performance

    Performance & optimisation

    • Assist with tracking campaign performance and maintaining reports

    • Help analyse results, summarise insights, and suggest improvements

    • Support testing and optimisation across channels

    Cross-functional leadership

    • Work closely with the Founder’s Office Associate and marketing team to keep projects aligned and on schedule

    • Coordinate with freelancers and specialists on specific workstreams

    • Contribute to documenting processes, templates, and marketing systems as the team grows

    Who you are

    • 5-7+ years in marketing, brand, or growth roles (agency or in-house)

    • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution experience

    • Deep understanding of culture, digital ecosystems, and modern brand building

    • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments

    • Confident leader and clear communicator

    • Naturally collaborative and solutions-oriented

    This role is ideal for someone who is looking to strengthen their skills in content marketing. There is ample opportunity to learn across a series of projects.

    This role is for someone who is obsessed with growth. You understand the TikTok and Instagram algorithms at a mechanical level, how content gets distributed, why some accounts scale and others plateau, and exactly what levers to pull to accelerate both. You have excellent taste and the analytical instincts to back it up. You will own social growth across a portfolio of brands and individual clients, building channels that compound.

    Reporting line: This role reports directly to the Senior Content Strategist, with direct access to and mentorship from the Founder.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    Growth strategy & channel scaling

    • Own follower growth, reach, and engagement targets across client TikTok and Instagram accounts

    • Engineer content systems built for distribution, storytelling and aesthetics

    • Identify growth opportunities, replication patterns, and format opportunities

    • Run content experiments, analyse results, and double down on what scales

    • Adapt growth strategy by client and product feature, as brand accounts require different mechanics than individual talent

    Content creation & creative direction

    • Develop highly engaging content concepts rooted in platform-native behaviour and culture

    • Brief and direct graphic designers, videographers etc. to produce content aligned to your content plan

    • Know the difference between content that looks good and content that actually grows accounts

    • Create graphics in canva, Figma and edit simple short form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other equivalent platforms 

    Platform & algorithm understanding

    • Know how to leverage TikTok and Instagram algorithm and product features, and stay ahead of changes and dates

    • Understand SEO, hashtag strategy, trending sounds and other technical tools 

    • Know how to read platform analytics at a detailed level and draw actionable insights from our internal reports 

    What We're Looking For

    • A proven track record of growing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts

    • A true understanding of global trends, across the UK, US and Nigeria 

    • Deep platform fluency: algorithm mechanics, content formats, distribution logic, analytics

    • High taste level combined with a growth mindset

    • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously across brand and talent clients

    • Analytical, fast-moving, and comfortable running and reading content experiments

    • Bonus: experience at a marketing or talent agency

    About the role

    A senior role responsible for building and executing PR strategies across the Inner Circle client portfolio and the founder brand. This person brings existing media and industry relationships into the team and knows how to activate them, across traditional press and digital platforms alike.

    What you'll do

    Client & founder PR strategy

    • Build and own PR strategies for clients across the Inner Circle portfolio, brands, talent, and founder-led businesses

    • Work independently and in collaboration with the founder and key team members to devise strategies that are commercially grounded and creatively led

    • Develop and execute the founder's PR strategy, growing visibility and authority across press and digital platforms

    • Draft compelling decks and materials that clearly articulate PR direction and opportunity

    Relationships & reach

    • Bring an established network of media, press, and platform relationships into the team from day one

    • Actively leverage and grow those relationships to build notoriety for clients and the founder

    • Think beyond traditional press, identify and pursue coverage and positioning opportunities across digital platforms, podcasts, newsletters, and emerging channels

    Team direction

    • Direct the PR Assistant on execution, briefing clearly, setting the standard, and ensuring delivery on your behalf across all workstreams

    • Review the PR Assistant's output and develop their capabilities over time

    What we're looking for

    • A proven track record in PR with a portfolio spanning brands, talent, or founder-led businesses

    • Strong, active relationships across media, press, and digital platforms, and the ability to open doors

    • Strategic thinker who can also produce polished client-facing materials

    • Experienced at directing junior team members and holding a high bar on output

    • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
