Lifestyle Content Producer / Curator

  • Job Title: Content Producer/Curator (Lifestyle)

    Location: Based in Lagos, Nigeria.

    This is a remote role, which will require occasional in-person presence for team meetings and company activations.

  • Inner Circle is working on behalf of a client that is building a new kind of media company: one that documents the people, places, and moments that shape contemporary culture and influence. Think fashion, business, lifestyle, and the scenes in between. Editorially sharp, visually driven, and deeply rooted in context. This is a rare opportunity to define the voice of a media brand — and shape how a new generation sees itself and the world around it.

    What You’ll Do

    • Contribute to and execute the editorial vision across digital platforms — starting with TikTok, Instagram & Substack or an equivalent editorial platform

    • Support the development a distinct and enduring editorial voice

    • Produce stories across key verticals — fashion, culture, lifestyle, business, society

    • Maintain the editorial calendar and publishing cadence

    • Source and shape standout talent — from photographers to stylists to opinionated writers

    • Track emerging themes, scenes, and figures with an intuitive, almost clairvoyant editorial lens

    Who You Are

    • A proactive content creator, journalist, blogger, or creative producer with 1-2+ years of experience in media, publishing, or brand storytelling

    • Experienced writer and content strategist, with full professional training and proficiency in Google or Microsoft Suite. Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut is a bonus. 

    • A knowledge of social media trends is a non-negotiable given the current direction of the global media landscape

    • A self-starter who is able to spot what’s culturally relevant before it trends — and know when to hold back

    • Obsessed with detail, tone, and emotional impact
      Equal parts creative visionary and hands-on executor

    • Engaged with local trends and social activities, while staying plugged into global culture and discourse

    • Confident working in a lean, fast-moving environment

Lead Editor / Editor-In-Chief

  • Job Title: Editor-in-Chief

    Location: Based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Lead Designer / Brand Builder

  • Job Title: Lead Designer

    Location: Nigeria (Remote-friendly)

    As the brand evolves, there may be a requirement to attend shoots, meetings and other associated activations in person, in Lagos.

    Type: Contract/Part-time with opportunity to scale to full-time

    Reports to: Chairman

    We’re building a new kind of media company — one that documents the people, aesthetics, and undercurrents shaping contemporary culture. From fashion and events to identity and influence, our stories are visually-led and editorially sharp.

    As Lead Designer, you’ll own how our brand looks and feels across digital, editorial, and social platforms. This is a foundational role for someone with strong taste, creative precision, and a clear point of view on culture.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and evolve the brand’s visual identity — from logo and typography to graphic systems and layout language

    • Design flexible, on-brand assets and templates for social, newsletter, editorial, and digital content

    • Collaborate with editorial and brand teams to bring stories to life through design

    • Build and maintain a consistent design system that can scale with the brand

    • Contribute visual direction to shoots, campaigns, and activations

    • Ensure brand expression remains elevated, relevant, and creatively evolving

    • Operate independently and fluidly within a lean, early-stage team

    Who You Are

    • 3+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative direction

    • Passionate about culture, fashion, media, and global creative movements

    • A strong visual storyteller with editorial sensitivity and a modern aesthetic

    • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (for system handoff), etc.

    • Comfortable designing for both digital and editorial formats

    • A builder who is excited to create structure and systems from scratch

    • Bonus: experience with motion graphics or art direction
